Room was clean but breakfast was disappointing.

The room was dimly lit with insufficient lighting!!! The outdoor space felt misleadingly advertised as exclusive while being shared!!! Air conditioning barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable at times!!!

The location was a major highlight of my stay, being just a short walk to sights like Piazza della Signoria and the Duomo. The room had a cozy vibe, making it a nice spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I appreciated the comfortable bed, which made for a good night's sleep. However, I did face a few hiccups with the door codes and found some areas could use a bit more attention to cleanliness.

The location near the Duomo made exploring Florence incredibly easy. The room had a lovely decor and felt spacious, even better than the pictures suggested. The patio provided a nice place to unwind, even if it was shared. I appreciated the air conditioning. it worked perfectly during my stay. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was easy for check-in, even though I initially found it confusing without prior notice. The downside was the breakfast. A coffee machine, packaged bread, and juice didn’t meet my expectations for a B&B. Additionally, I encountered some minor cleanliness issues. the floor could have used proper mopping instead of just vacuuming. Despite a few hiccups, my overall experience felt positive, and I would consider staying again.

Staying here with my large breed dog was surprisingly seamless. The location near the Duomo allowed us to explore Florence easily. The host ensured we felt comfortable, and the atmosphere was charming and cozy. Plus, the room was spacious for our family!

My wife says that breakfast options could be more kid-friendly.

The King Suite with Balcony offered a gorgeous atmosphere with thoughtful amenities, like a mini fridge and complimentary toiletries, making the room feel both cozy and luxurious. The location was prime, just steps from the Duomo, enhancing the historic charm of the area. However, minor doorknob issues arose, affecting overall ease of access, and despite the host's efforts to assist, it detracted from the seamless experience expected. Additionally, breakfast options were limited and could be improved.

The room oozed character and charm, with thoughtful amenities like a mini fridge and complimentary drinks. Giacomo was a star host, responding to my queries immediately and making sure I was comfortable.

Amazing place with great amenities like wi-fi, a tv, and air conditioning. I fondly remember how the staff assisted my old parents during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Easter!
